Applications must be made on the official application forms which accompany the Information Memorandum.

The Fund is an Australian resident open-ended unit trust but is not a registered managed investment scheme. Investment in the Fund is only available to wholesale clients as the Corporations Act defines this.

Within the Corporations Act for wholesale clients, the Fund is open to individuals and super funds, companies and family offices, and partnerships and not-for-profits.
